FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every tee is printed to order, so allow 2 to 5 business days for production and a further 3 to 5 business days in transit. You will get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the print facility.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8 anywhere in the United States, and free on every order over $70. We currently ship within the US only, and we will announce international shipping here when it opens.
What size should I order?
Our tees are unisex, garment-dyed and cut with a relaxed, slightly boxy fit, so most people are comfortable in their usual size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Full chest, length and sleeve measurements for every size from S to 4XL are on the size guide.
What are the shirts actually made from?
100% ring-spun cotton at 6.1 oz per square yard, which is a genuine heavyweight rather than a standard promotional tee. Each one is garment-dyed for a soft, lived-in finish, with a twill-taped neck and shoulders and double-needle stitching at the armholes, sleeves and hem.
Will the print crack or fade in the wash?
Not if you look after it. Wash cold, inside out, with like colors and no bleach, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Treated that way the design will outlast the shirt.
Can I return or exchange a tee?
Because every shirt is printed for you after you order, we cannot take change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the item or size you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?
Contact us as fast as you can. Orders move into production quickly, and once printing has started the design and address are locked in. Before that point we can usually still make the change.
My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. What now?
Check with anyone else at the address and look in the usual safe spots first, since carriers often mark a parcel delivered a little early. If it still has not appeared after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Do you take group, church or ministry orders?
Yes. Group orders for churches, small groups, outreach teams and events are welcome. Email us with the design, sizes and quantities you have in mind and put "Business Inquiry" in the subject line.
Who designs the artwork?
Every design is original to Evangelism Tee and drawn from Scripture. Nothing is licensed stock art, and nothing is reprinted from another brand.
